Healing Touch is an evidence based practice that offers continuing education for nurses and massage therapists in some states.

Learn to Meditate
Meditation Series – Begins March 4, 2024 – 9:00 a.m. MST
This mini series is Virtual and will teach you various methods so that you can find what is right for you.
Smile. Your meditation is working.
Peace: Join us to become familiar with reasons to meditate. Learn what meditation will do for your health. If this is new for you, great, you will be exposed to a variety of techniques that can bring you the PEACE you’ve been looking for.
Synergy: If you already meditate energize your practice as gathering together magnifies the work you have been doing and gives you a group to hold you accountable.

Clear Through the Chakras

Are you ready to join me on a journey of self-discovery and healing as we clear through the chakras? This class is designed to teach you the basics of the human energy system as defined by the basic chakra system.
We will use meditation, writing, and clearing techniques as we journey through your individual chakra system to determine areas of congestion, or ailment and work to clear the history that has created difficulties.
We will meet weekly for 8 weeks:

Peace: Join us for guided mediation. Learn to meditate if this is new for you, energize your practice if you’ve been away from it. We start with a grounding meditation that will help you focus and be present.
Synergy: Gathering together magnifies the work we do and gives us the opportunity to get to know each other.
Energy Healing: While you’re in our group, you may receive a mini healing if you wish.

Energy & Healing
As you progress through the levels of energy work, sometimes you begin to notice that the healing doesn’t hold, there are unusual blocks that can’t be removed, or your patient is being pulled back to unwanted behavior. For yourself, there are times when you find yourself absolutely depleted when in large crowds or around electrical equipment. Ever wonder why, or what you can do about it?
Energetic Transformations will help you to find the energetic solution to each of these situations.
Hara Assessment and Repair: The Hara Line is a person’s energy lifeline. When this lifeline is damaged because of breaks, leaks, or blocks in the line of flowing energy, a person cannot maintain energy flow to heal.
Which of the four layers is compromised? What do the four layers look like? How do you repair them? This is NEW information you have not learned before.
Build Protection: Just as different professions require different protective procedures, as healers, we do too. Medical professionals require gloves, masks, and other garb. As energy workers, energetic protection seems to be what is needed. It is not only important to ground yourself, but to make sure that we create an energy force field around ourselves and our clients to deflect energy that is too intense or not in our best interest.
Learn how to build physical, spiritual, electromagnetic, and other protection through different energies and techniques.
Aberrant Energy Attachment and Release: Aberrant energies can enter, and remain in the field of one who has lowered vibration due to illness, surgery, accident, alcohol, drugs or other causes. These energies will stay, even after the “host” has returned to normal life. These energies can absolutely affect the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual life of the one affected.
Learn to energetically assess these energies in the client’s field, and help them return to source. You will become a part of the team using the Golden Net to safely release these energies.This often relieves unexplained symptoms in your clients.
Chakra Repair: Chakras become unbalanced and damaged from many physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual causes. You will learn when a chakra needs manual repair, and specifically how to do it.
Cord Release: Events, and people from any time in our past can form cords that hold them to us. Some are healthy, and others keep us in our past…unable to heal. We will discuss this content – and techniques to release the unhealthy ones.

Reiki I

Have you always wondered about hands-on healing or what energy work really entails? In Reiki Level 1 you will be introduced to the amazing power of energy healing. You will become a Reiki Practitioner (first degree) and earn a Certificate upon completion.
This class teaches the Dr. Mikao Usui methods. You will learn how to connect your breath and meditation, self healing hand positions and the basic techniques to ground and protect. You will gain an understanding of self healing and be attuned as a Reiki I practitioner.
